Quick & Easy Healthy Recipe
Ingredients: 1 carton of thai ginger infused broth, 1 can of light coconut milk, 1.5 Tbsp. of green curry paste, 1 clove of garlic (chopped), 1 Tbsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. lime juice.
Instructions: Place all of the ingredients into a medium size pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 5 minutes and you’re golden!
Add this sauce to just about anything. It goes great with vegetables, steamed tofu/shrimp/chicken, brown rice, or gluten free pasta as shown below!
