Vegan Dark Chocolate Mousse 


This is a simple vegan & deliciously rich recipe; the ingredients will shock you because the taste is incredible!

Here’s the recipe😆:

– 1 large ripe avocado – 1/2 cup agave nectar syrup – 1/2 cup cocoa powder – 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blend in a food processor until smooth, refrigerate, and top with fruit of your choosing for garnish 🍊!

Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese, Chickpeas, & Pineapple

Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated. In fact, some of the healthiest recipes are quick and easy. This salad took me all of 5 minutes to prepare! What’s in it? Arugula leaves, canned chick peas (rinsed & drained), canned pineapple chunks (drained out of it’s 100% juice), crumbled goat cheese, a sprinkle of pepper and drizzled with oil & vinegar.
