August is one of the hottest months so hydration is important! Stay hydrated with water or foods with a high water content like watermelon, lettuce, yogurt, and citrus fruits.
Not sure if you are drinking enough? Check the color of your urine. If it is dark yellow or brown then you are dehydrated and need to sip up! Water is the #1 hydrator but if you’re looking for something with some flavor then start adding fresh/frozen fruit to your beverage or try flavored seltzer. 100% coconut water can be a treat as well, especially if you are exercising or sweating for an hour or more.
