Seriously, if you want to increase your productivity and finish the day feeling proud and energized rather than stressed and tired, stop trying to do MORE and instead focus on doing LESS.
As a recovering overachiever, I know how uncomfortable this can feel. But now that I’ve settled into the calm, I want everyone to know their day doesn’t need to be crazy and chaotic to feel accomplished.
HERE ARE 3 TIPS TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR TO-DO LIST [WITHOUT FEELING ANXIOUS, STRESSED, & SCATTERED]:
1- Change the list title from “To Do” to “GET To Do”—this will bring you to a state of gratitude which one minimize resistance to follow through with any task.
2- K.I.S.S It! Keep it super simple—limit the list to 3 or less. A shorter list is more focused and forces you to prioritize what’s most important.
3- Make sure at least one thing on the list is 100% for you—you can’t pour from an empty cup so take a few minutes to fill up yours
