Toni is always there to support me.
Toni taught me how to diet. We did not do this by calorie counting, but by first assessing what I like to eat and then trying to adopt that to how I can lose weight. My day to day diet now looks nothing like it did back when I started working with Toni.
I also want to mention that we not only talk diet, but we also talk about “emotional eating”, which, in my mind,
is how you eat to deal with anger, frustration, disappointment. Food becomes like a drug, which makes it even more challenging to lose weight. We discuss this as well as what food I should be eating.
Finally, whenever I disappoint myself, Toni is always there to support me and to come up with new ways to cope.
