How To Develop Healthy Habits & Routines

Our habits and behaviors are the driving force to what and why we eat the way that we do. ​One example of this is learning how to master your morning routine. For those of you who follow my stories, you have seen that I have a morning routine that works for me. It seems like a small part of my day but it is actually what sets me up to make healthier choices throughout the day. Here’s a glimpse of what will be discussed:
