During times of uncertainty, we look for things to control and our diet is often one of them.
As a dietitian you’d think I love this, but this can manifest in unhealthy ways if you let it. And a majority of people who are looking to change their diet, let it (Before becoming a dietitian, I definitely did). Instead of jumping into another restrictive diet that bans multiple food groups, try this – let go of extremes and practice balance, daily.
To help you learn how to do this, click the link below as I have created an infographic to use as your guide.
Note servings per day vary slightly based off individual needs, but this is a great start to feeling a healthy sense of control each day.
It includes all food groups, because they all matter. This will teach you how to increase variety, which will decrease hunger and cravings, making it easier to stick to, and accumulate to more “feel good” days.
With Lots Of Healthy Love,
Toni
